Daily reports

Read classroom updates for your children, one day at a time.

What this is

Reports shows the daily care and activities shared for your children. Activities appear when staff save and share them. Older private drafts remain private.

Do this

  1. After you sign in as a parent, open Reports from the left menu.

  2. If you have more than one child, tap their name to filter the list.

  3. Tap a day to read its full report. On Today, Open report under Latest report opens it straight away.

  4. If your child needs medicine at daycare, open their profile from Today, then Medicine → Give permission. Write the medicine, the dose, when to give it and the days, type your full name, tick the box and choose Sign.

How it works

Shared report
one daily summary of care entries and activities that staff chose to share.
Medicine
your written OK names the medicine, the dose, when to give it and the days. Staff record each dose under it, and you see the time, the amount and who gave it. A paper form you signed shows as Signed on paper. You can stop an OK any time.
What you see
meals, naps, bottles, toileting, activities, mood and notes. Shared corrections appear automatically while the report is open.
Incidents
separate protected records reviewed by a director. Open Incidents, choose Read report, then I’ve read this.
