Your child’s photos

View classroom photos shared with your family.

What this is

Photos is a gallery of classroom pictures and short videos staff tagged with your children. You only see media that includes a child linked to you.

After you sign in as a parent, open Photos from the menu.
Filter All / Photos / Videos. Tap a tile to open, zoom, or play. Select several to download.
Heart a moment or leave a short comment if you like. To turn photos off for a child, choose No for photos under Account. Every family then stops seeing that child’s photos in Ashby, earlier ones and group photos too.
If your daycare or school allows it, use Add a photo to share a keepsake tagged to one child.

Tagged media: staff pick every child in the shot before they publish. If photo consent is off for any tagged child, it does not go out. The gallery and new photo links recheck consent; withdrawal hides the picture on the next load.
About one year: classroom photos and videos leave Ashby after about a year. Download what you want to keep.
Private access: photos and videos open through private links that expire. A link already issued may work for up to 15 minutes. Withdrawing consent cannot recall a downloaded or previously displayed copy.
Consent: enrollment for care is separate from photos. Declining photo consent does not affect enrollment. Each parent or guardian chooses Yes or No for each child; if any of them says no, photos of that child stay off, even if another parent said yes.
Hey Ashby: you can also ask it for today’s photos of your child. Tap one to open it and save it.
